Shipping
ISIP gateway products are normally available for shipment on the business day that the order is accepted with orders accepted before 2pm normally being available the following working day (unless a delayed delivery date has been specified with the order).
Order acknowledgment and acceptance
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement confirming that we are processing your order. Depending on the payment method selected by you (please refer to “Ways to Pay” in the tool bar link), once we can confirm payment has been received or your account has sufficient credit, you will receive an order acceptance from us. This will contain the order details including the scheduled delivery date.
If you have agreed payment terms with us, your account will be checked and subject to your being within said payment terms (including this order) you will receive an order acceptance notification and your delivery will be scheduled.
If you are using the UK banks Faster Payment system we will be notified when your payment for the order has been received by us by and we will send you the order acceptance notification and your delivery will be scheduled.
If you wish to pay by credit / debit card, you can use our Paypal facility to do so. We will be notified when Paypal have received the payment and we will send you the order acceptance notification and your delivery will be scheduled.
